Kristic

Advisory

Kristic Advisory is an art consultancy firm emphasizing connoisseurship in the collection and promotion of fine art.

Integrating a deep knowledge of art historical and market context with special access, Kristic Advisory builds and manages collections for individual and corporate clients with a diverse composition of goals and budgets. We work with our clients to arrive at a shared vision, grounded in the personal and specific reasons motivating their engagement with art.

Our expertise centers on Western art from the 19th century to the present. We are active in the primary and secondary markets for both private and public sales. When sourcing or selling artwork, we conduct extensive art historical and market research, and negotiate the best possible deal terms for our clients.

We provide stewardship of the entire collecting life cycle. Our collection management services include installation, appraisal, registrarship, and custom-built websites for collections. We coordinate on tax, giving, and legacy planning with accounting and legal professionals. We update clients with continuous education and exposure to exhibitions, market insights, and scholarship.

Kristic Advisory is also committed to supporting artists and public institutions. We advise artists and artists’ estates on strategy relating to the secondary market, representation, and exhibitions. We collaborate with museums on specialized acquisition interests and artist research.

Kristic Advisory has offices in New York and Paris, and works with clients globally.
